Terms of Service

By accessing or using TradeGPT, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Terms

By accessing TradeGPT, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of TradeGPT per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on TradeGPT;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

3. Disclaimer

The materials within TradeGPT are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. TradeGPT makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall TradeGPT or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TradeGPT, even if TradeGPT or a TradeGPT authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Subscriptions and Refunds

TradeGPT is sold as a subscription. It renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access in place until the end of the period you have already paid for. Who can refund a payment depends on who took it:

  • Purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple. Refunds are issued by Apple alone, through reportaproblem.apple.com, and we cannot make them on Apple’s behalf.
  • Purchases made in the Android app are billed by Google. Refunds are issued by Google Play alone, through its own refund process, and we cannot make them on Google’s behalf.
  • Payments made on the web are taken by Stripe on our behalf. Write to hi@anymind.io and tell us what went wrong. We read every request. Where we agree to a refund, we deduct a service fee for the time the subscription was already available to you and return the remainder to the payment method you used.
  • None of the above affects rights given to you by the consumer law of your own country where those rights cannot be waived.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on TradeGPT could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. TradeGPT does not warrant that any of the materials on its app are accurate, complete, or current.

7. Terms of Use Modifications

TradeGPT may revise these terms of use for its application at any time without notice. By using this app, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim related to TradeGPT’s app shall be governed by the laws of the app owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
