AI ANALYSIS FOR METATRADER CHARTS

MetaTrader gives you no way out. A screenshot is one.

MT4 and MT5 chart analysis with nothing installed. No Expert Advisor, no custom indicator, nothing compiled and no broker permission. Take the picture, paste it, and read the trend, the levels and the plan.

Nothing to install in the terminal

MQL is built for automating trades, not for handing your screen to anything else. Solving a reading problem with it means learning a language to write a program that was never the point.

The default look reads fine

Black background, thin green and red bars, the grid still on, the crosshair halfway across the chart. The stock MT4 scheme is one of the most recognizable chart styles in retail trading, and it reads as well as any other.

Your broker's symbol name is irrelevant

GBPJPY, GBPJPY.m, GBPJPYpro, GBPJPY.raw. Brokers suffix the same pair a dozen different ways, and none of it matters here, because the analysis works from the price action in the picture rather than from a symbol lookup.

Why MetaTrader users end up pasting pictures

Every other route out of the terminal is a project. Exporting history gives you a CSV with no chart in it. Writing an Expert Advisor means learning MQL to solve a problem that was never about automation. Screen sharing to a chatbot works until you want the same treatment on the next twenty charts. Taking a screenshot is the one action that already exists on your keyboard, and a legible chart carries everything the analysis needs.

Subwindows come along for free

The indicator panes stacked under the price chart are part of the image, so a stochastic or an RSI sitting below the candles is read alongside them rather than ignored. The same is true of anything you have dragged onto the price panel: moving averages, Bollinger bands, a hand-drawn channel.

A JPY pip is the second decimal

GBP/JPY quotes to three decimals, so the pip is the second one and 216.787 sits 719 pips above 209.596 rather than seven. Getting this wrong turns a sensible stop into a suicidal one. TradeGPT names levels as prices on the pair's own scale, so you read 216.787 and 209.596 rather than a normalized number you have to translate back at the moment you are least able to do arithmetic.

Strategy Tester screenshots work too

A chart paused halfway through a backtest is still a chart. Screenshot the tester window and the report reads it like any other, which is a fast way to check whether the read you would have taken matches what price actually did next.

Three steps out of the terminal

1

Screenshot the chart window

Win+Shift+S on Windows, Cmd+Shift+4 on a Mac. Include the indicator subwindows if you use them.

2

Paste it in

Nothing is attached to MetaTrader, nothing is compiled, and your broker is never contacted.

3

Read the plan

Trend, levels with strength, and the stop and target when the chart supports a trade, plus a straight no trade when it does not.

MetaTrader and TradeGPT, answered

Does it work with both MT4 and MT5?

Yes, and with cTrader, TradingView and broker web terminals as well. TradeGPT reads the chart image, so the platform that drew it makes no difference.

Do I need an expert advisor or an indicator installed?

No. The screenshot is the entire connection, so there is nothing to attach to a chart, nothing to compile and no DLL imports to allow. It also means nothing gets access to your trading account.

Does my broker's symbol name matter?

No. Feeds differ slightly between brokers, but the analysis reads the price action in your picture rather than looking a symbol up anywhere, so whichever suffix your broker uses is irrelevant.

Is MetaTrader chart analysis financial advice?

No. TradeGPT is technical analysis, not financial advice. It reads the chart you send and knows nothing about your account, your leverage or your open positions.
