Using TradeGPT
Which platforms and charting apps does TradeGPT work with?
TradeGPT works with screenshots from every charting platform: TradingView, MetaTrader, thinkorswim, Robinhood, Binance, Coinbase, broker apps, exchange web terminals, and desktop software, because it analyzes the image, not a data feed. If the image shows a candlestick, bar, or line chart, it can be analyzed with no integration or account connection required.
Which markets does TradeGPT cover?
TradeGPT covers stocks on any exchange (NYSE, Nasdaq, LSE, HKEX and others), cryptocurrency spot and perpetuals on any exchange, forex majors, minors and exotics, plus futures, indices and commodities. The analysis reads the chart image itself, so any market that can be charted can be analyzed.
What are the image requirements?
TradeGPT accepts any common image format a browser can display, from PNG and JPEG to a screenshot pasted straight from the clipboard, up to 5 MB per image. Images are downscaled to 1024 pixels on your device before upload, so even large screenshots send quickly. For the sharpest read, include roughly forty or more bars so the trend structure is visible.
Can I analyze multiple timeframes of the same asset?
TradeGPT adapts the read to the timeframe you upload, so a daily chart returns a swing-trading plan and a 15-minute chart an intraday one. Each analysis reads one chart deeply. For multi-timeframe context, run the higher timeframe first, then your trading timeframe, and both reads sit side by side in your history for exactly this comparison.
Which languages can the analysis be written in?
TradeGPT writes the analysis in 13 languages. The report simply arrives in the language you read the site in: English, Arabic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Swedish, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Portuguese or Russian follow your browser automatically. The chart itself can be in any language, because the AI reads the price action, not the labels.
How long does an analysis take?
A TradeGPT analysis comes back in seconds, and what comes back is not a paragraph but a full desk report: trend, volatility, volume and sentiment, key levels with their distance from the current price, a game plan with entry, stop-loss and target ideas, and seven sections of detailed technical analysis. Reading it takes longer than producing it.
Results
What happens if I upload something that is not a chart?
TradeGPT simply tells you no price chart was found in the image. Paste a proper chart screenshot and run it again. Nothing is lost and nothing breaks.
Is TradeGPT financial advice?
No. TradeGPT gives you a systematic, professional-grade technical read of any chart in seconds. It is the kind of second opinion that used to take another pair of expert eyes. It is not financial advice. It does not know your circumstances, risk tolerance, or position size, so treat every report as an input to your decision, not a recommendation to buy or sell.
Accounts and billing
Do I need an account?
Signing in on the web takes one click with Google. No forms, no password to invent, and the only personal data involved is your name, email and profile picture URL. On iOS there is no account at all. Download the app and start analyzing.
Are iOS and web subscriptions shared?
iOS and web are separate TradeGPT subscriptions, each tuned to how it is used. The web desk at tradegpt.app is built for desktop screens where your charts already live (billed by Stripe), while the iOS app is built for analyzing on the go (billed by Apple). Subscribe on the platform where you do most of your chart reading.
Is there a daily limit on analyses?
Every plan includes unlimited chart analysis in normal use, with a fair-use ceiling that keeps the service fast for everyone. In practice you will never notice it, and if you ever reach it, the desk tells you right there.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
You are never locked in. Cancel any time in two clicks. Subscription → Manage subscription opens Stripe’s billing portal, and you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for. If something went wrong with a web charge, email hi@anymind.io and a human reads it. iOS purchases are handled by Apple and refunded through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Web payments are processed entirely by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. Your card number never touches TradeGPT servers; we only ever see your subscription status. iOS purchases are processed by Apple.
Privacy and data
Are my charts stored on your servers?
No. By design, a chart is uploaded, analyzed, and discarded, and neither the image nor the analysis is ever written to TradeGPT servers. Your positions and your watchlist are your business. Results exist only on your own device.
What data do you keep, and for how long?
For a web account, TradeGPT keeps only your Google name, email and profile picture URL, plus your subscription status, for as long as the account exists. Charts and analyses are not stored server-side at all. Your analysis history lives in your own browser, keeps the 50 most recent reports, and can be exported as JSON or deleted at any time. Clearing your browser data removes it permanently.
